Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse, it may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return Your Product:

- Packaging: Carefully pack the TV in its original box with all included accessories and documentation.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@monitoranitotech.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
